The AAP commended the Issa Trust Foundation for helping establish the Neonatal Nurses’ Essential Training and Skills (NNETS) Program at Victoria Jubilee Hospital in Kingston — a critical step in enhancing care for newborns and infants.
“This honor shines a light on the collective efforts in Jamaica and confirms that we’re part of a global movement to improve children's lives through sustainable healthcare,” said Diane Pollard, President of the Foundation.
The AAP, a leading body of pediatricians across the globe, praised the foundation’s success in building partnerships that make a measurable difference in infant health outcomes.
